These guidelines apply to all content provided by a day at.
That includes: battlemaps, modular map tiles, assets, handouts and all artwork which are provided as downloads on the nextcloud server, Patreon or Discord as well as the marketplaces and the stated exceptions at the end.
Beware that the downloads from digital marketplaces may come with additional terms of use. Please make sure to read and follow those as well.
general Restrictions
You may not use or share any of the content for resale or as a stand-alone product:

I reserve the right to issue individual commercial licenses depending on the content.
You may not use the content in any ways or material that promotes obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual, violent and/or promotes racism, homophobia, or transphobia or otherwise objectionable content.
Sharing on social media
You are welcome and free to share maps and artwork that you have created with content from a day at on social media with the following restriction:
- You acknowledge that you used my content by naming a day at as the creator of the assets / used content in general somewhere in your post (title, description, or comments) and provide a link to the website www.adayat-maps.com, Patreon patreon.com/adayat or one of my social media channels.
Streaming and Paid GM Sessions
You are welcome and free to use the content in your streams and/or paid GM sessions with the following restrictions:
- You acknowledge that you used the content by naming a day at as the creator of the maps or assets you used to create your own maps during your streams / sessions
- You acknowledge that you used the content by naming a day at as the creator somewhere in your upload (e.g., in the description) and provide a link to the website: www.adayat-maps.com or patreon site: patreon.com/adayat.
Publications
You are welcome to use my content in your publications under the following restrictions:
- You have my specific permission to use my content, which would have to be considered individually depending on the content of the publication.
- Please contact me via contact@adayat-maps.com with a digital copy of your material or plans so that I can get an impression of the context of the content.
- You must acknowledge the source of the material by naming a day at as the creator and refer to the website: www.adayat-maps.com or patreon site: patreon.com/adayat in the description / credits section.
Additional Information and exceptions
- Maps created by the Discord community are not to be used commercially. This includes Patreon posts that are published under the “Discord Contests” tag and those published on the a day at Discord Server due to the Discord contest.
- Being an active Patron while using the content commercially would be highly appreciated – but is not mandatory.
- If you use my content in any way commercially, feel free to contact me so that I know how it is being used and possibly make a shoutout for your content on social media.
- Regional Maps that use base data from openstreetmap.org are licenced under the Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 Generic (CC BY-SA 2.0) licence. That means you are free to copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format and remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially. Streaming und bezahlte Spielleiter Sitzungen
Es steht Ihnen frei, die Inhalte in Ihren Streams und/oder bezahlten GM-Sitzungen zu verwenden. Mit den folgenden Einschränkungen:
- Sie bestätigen, dass Sie den Inhalt verwendet haben, indem Sie in Ihren Streams/Sitzungen a day at als Ersteller nennen.

- Karten, die von der Discord-Community erstellt wurden, dürfen nicht kommerziell genutzt werden. Dies gilt auch für Patreon-Beiträge, die unter dem Tag “Discord-Contests” veröffentlicht werden, sowie für solche, die aufgrund des Discord-Wettbewerbs auf dem Discord-Server veröffentlicht werden.
